my *private part* is seriously pain now because of the fcuking tough RPM i did this morning
for your information,

RPM is just techno music, a dark room, black lights and a bunch of people cycling
They up the resistance and do the standy-uppy-thing on the bikes
which is hard at first but eventually becomes a welcome change to having to sit on that UNCOMFORTABLE SEAT

but i do feel good after RPM
i feel like i've burnt up all my fats inside my body you know
macam 10kg hilang liao
just kidding
